Peristaltic Pumps and More
The Sepro C-Series peristaltic pumps have all the benefits of other peristaltic pumps with a slower speed advantage for the same flow rate, and rotating rollers for gentle hose compression. Our peristaltic pump tubing will typically displace twice the volume of our competitors’. We achieve this through larger pump housing so the pump rollers are in contact with the pump hose for longer periods.
C-Series pumps are available in 11 sizes and provide flow rates of up to 110m3/hr, and 145 psi discharge pressure.

Sepro C-Series Pump Features Include:
- Handling abrasive, aggressive, and contaminated fluids
- Reversible operations that allows pumping in both directions
- Heavy-duty 316 or 304 stainless steel construction options for operation in corrosive environments
Hoses are available in: EPDM, hypalon, nitrile and natural food-grade, nitrile industrial and natural rubber to ensure suitability for most applications.
We also offer a variety of replacement hoses if you are in need of one!

Mineral Processing
Peristaltic pumps are widely used in Mineral processing plants. Operated in the correct design environment of pressure, temperature and flow they provide a low maintenance solution for many pumping duties.
Thickener underflow, reagent, flocculent and cyanide dosing and transfer, are some of the duties the pumps are ideally equipped to handle.
Their sealless design and low operating cost makes them an ideal alternate to centrifugal pumps. Add to this their ability to pump corrosive, abrasive and viscous products and their expanding use in processing plants throughout the world, is explained.

Waste & Water Treatment
The transfer and dosing of water treatment chemicals is particularly suitable for Peristaltic Pumps. The pumps provide an accurate, metered flow without the use of valves and balls which can plug and corrode. Their easily reversible action allows chemicals to be pumped back to source, if necessary, so no chemicals are left in the line.
Where fluids contain solids, or other debris, the gentle positive action of the pumps is extremely forgiving. Even large objects have passed through the pumps without damaging them.

Chemical Processing
Chemical manufacturing plants often require the transfer of highly aggressive or corrosive chemical to mixing tanks and reactors. Peristaltic pumps provide a simple, low maintenance alternative to other pumps which use seals, stuffing boxes or glands. As there is no contact between the product and the pump’s casing the most aggressive chemicals can be safely transferred. With no mechanical seals to maintain and service and no product leakage, peristaltic pumps are a reliable alternative to conventional chemical pumps.

Fishing Industry
This industry often has the need to transfer whole or chopped fish, offal, fish paste and oils. This is sometimes carried out manually, using fork trucks and totes. The process can be highly labour intensive. With the Peristaltic pumps ability to transfer large solids, including whole fish, without damage the pumps are a popular choice in the fishing industry.
Whole fish, squid, viscuous fish paste, fish carcasses, and offal can be transported across the plant, eliminating the need for expensive materials handling equipment, conveyors and manual labour.

Construction Industry
The construction and tunneling industries often have the requirement to move large quantities of wet sand, drilling mud and other slurries. This is sometimes done by using wheel barrows, manual labour, front end loaders and other labour intensive methods.
Using a properly designed sump and Peristaltic pump, this process can be vastly simplified, saving time, money and labour.
