Agitators For Solvent Extraction

Optimal solvent extraction happens when solutions are adequately mixed and transferred from a pump box into a settling chamber. There is a fine line between mixing too little, causing phase separation, and mixing too much, allowing air to become trapped in the slurry. Agitators For Gas Dispersion

Canamix has a uniquely-designed impeller for mixing gases and liquids. The Canamix CHG4 impeller drastically improves gas retention to satisfy the high gas requirements needed for chemical processing. Older systems of gas dispersion are highly ineffective as the gas leaks out of the mixing vessels almost immediately, while conventional aerofoil impellers can only tolerate low gas volumes before becoming flooded, rendering them totally ineffective. Our engineering team has solved these two significant issues with our CHG4 design.
